After three years in the renovation business, I began to notice patterns — consistent issues that kept showing up no matter the size of the project or the people involved. Whether I was answering leads on Facebook or bidding through other online marketplaces and directories for home services, the same issues kept repeating themselves: late follow-ups, unclear scopes, miscommunication between clients and contractors, and a lack of real systems to keep things on track.

I can't count how many times I jumped on a lead only to hear,
